Account Manager, Europe
You open the doors. You will find and win enterprise clients for 01 in France, Switzerland or Germany: organisations that want to adopt AI with control, from a first AI audit and risk assessment to governance under the EU AI Act, strategy and the systems we build. You build your own pipeline, lead the first conversations with leadership teams, bring our consultants in to scope and propose, and stay the client's point of contact as the work grows. You speak French or German, and English, and you know how enterprises in your market buy services.

Enterprise AI Strategy & Transformation Lead
You see what others miss: the friction in a workflow, the decision that takes 3 days but could take 3 seconds, the manual handoff that breaks the chain. Then, you rebuild it with AI. You'll embed with our enterprise clients to map their operational reality and design AI transformation programs that actually land.

Agentic Systems Engineer
You build AI agents that do real work inside enterprise systems, and you make them safe to run. You will design agents that decide which tools to call, with which permissions, and when to stop and ask a person. That means agent architectures with scoped tool access and human approval for consequential actions, defences against prompt injection, evaluation suites that catch a regression before a client does, and tracing that shows what an agent did and why. You care as much about how an agent fails as about how it demos.

Applied AI Research Scientist
